Galleon’s reach is a perfect place for a holiday . Clean, cozy, warm and beautifully decorated with a nautical theme . Both bedrooms are spacious and well equipped the second one has a lighthouse mural and a pirate ship so great if you have kids . The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook or prepare all meals . The location is convenient walking distance to Instow beach or the Tarka trail and a great base to explore North Devon . We are already planning a return visit .

Galleon's Reach was a clean and very warm. It was ideally situated for our walking holiday. It was great to have a bus stop right outside so that we could go on a long walk and bus back.Instow was just a short walk away and had great pubs and a large deli. We had a fab meal in the Instow Arms. The negative point, for us, was that the flat was way too cluttered. There was nowhere to put things away. There were two wardrobes but one had bedding stacked in it and the other housed a hoover and ironing board! The kitchen was very cluttered too so very little room to prepare meals. However, we had a lovely holiday.
