A great place to make many happy memories The golden sands of Instow beach are within easy walking distance of the front door so all the family can spend the day on the sands, or enjoy a good meal afterwards in Instow, with a wealth of pubs and restaurants, many which boast estuary views whilst you dine. The popular Tarka Trail with walking/cycling inland to Bideford or round the North Devon coast is a very short walk from the house. A must visit is to the local deli, where you can purchase freshly baked bread, local smoked fish, fresh coffee and homemade quiches, cakes, croissants and much more. You can enter this beautiful property from the allocated parking area by two entrances. One entrance is located to the rear via a secure garden path or to the front which is accessed via the roadside.
