Jacks Barn was a wonderful place to stay; very welcoming host Hilary, the barn was cozy well equipped kitchen, lots of thoughtful treats for all the family, lost of suggestions for places to visit around lovely local walks with very useful maps or just chill out reading books cozying in the sofa warmed by the wood burner. Very peaceful location; it was just what we were looking for. Meeting the horses was a plus for us. Also trying the local farm eggs they were a treat.

Our third visit to this very special place. Everything was perfect as before. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. It’s a perfect base for coastal walking, and Bude Holsworthy and Bideford are all within easy reach. The icing on the cake this time was the beautiful real Christmas tree!
