Point Break is a charming one-bedroom coastal retreat located a short walk from the centre of the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho!, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. A private side entrance leads to the property and its private garden with its fully enclosed patio area and garden furniture; a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee. As you enter Point Break, you will instantly feel at home in the cosy living/dining room, lovingly furnished with two comfortable sofas and a dining table and chairs providing a lovely space to enjoy a homecooked meal. Guests can wind down and watch a film here after a busy day exploring the coastline. The well-equipped modern kitchen is set to impress. Head upstairs to discover the beautiful double bedroom which has far reaching sea views over the pebble ridge, Baggy Point, Saunton Sands and beyond. There is also a private shower room across the landing area. Go up another flight of stairs to ’crows nest’ an attic room with views overlooking Bideford bay.
Westward Ho! beach renowned for its two miles of Golden Sands is within just a 5-minute walk from this property. The village has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafés, and amusements. Other attractions in the area include the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly, Instow, Hartland Abbey and Quay, North Devon Wake and Aqua Park (10 miles away). 4 mintes walk from the Surf school and 1 mile fromThe Royal North Devon Golf Club, which is the oldest links course in the country. Just returned from our New Year break. Had a wonderful time. Property has everything you need. Well stocked kitchen too with everything you need. The property is a comfortable size and not small and compact which we feel the photos inferred. Secure courtyard for our dogs. The photos do not do this properly justice. We have booked again for next year

My favourite rental place to date. Has a spacious feel - high ceilings, lots of light etc - which you often don’t get, and was perfectly equipped, clean and comfortable. The hosts had provided lots of welcoming touches like having the log burner all ready to go, which were much appreciated. Would 100% recommend.

Had a great stay at Point Break. It had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend this property. We will look in to booking it again next year. Location was great. Our dog Skye really enjoyed running on the beach. Even though dogs stay at this property it was so clean and smell lovely.
