Accommodation
Riversmeet features a charming front courtyard with outdoor furniture. On the ground floor, a corridor leads to three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first bedroom, to the right, is a twin room with two single beds, a large bay window, and ample drawer space. Opposite the twin room, there's a spacious double bedroom with bedside tables and a generous set of drawers. The master bedroom offers a large double bed and an ensuite with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The family bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower attachment, a sink with cupboard space, and a corner toilet.
The staircase in the corridor leads to an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room with three windows in the lounge, offering stunning beach and Appledore harbour views. The well-equipped kitchen features a fridge/freezer, electric oven, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and microwave, along with ample cupboard space. The living room boasts three comfortable sofas, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the beach views, and a smart TV in the corner with a DVD player.

Guests have access to the entire house, including the private front patio and the private courtyard at the back of the property.

Riversmeet is in the most superb location. You could not get better. 20 steps and you are on the sandy beach. A few steps further and you are at The Boathouse pub. The cottage is lovely and well-appointed. The upstairs living area is comfortable, spacious and has everything you need. The views a.... Riversmeet is in the most superb location. The upstairs living area is comfortable, spacious and has everything you need. The views are amazing, you can watch the tides coming in and out as well as the most beautiful sunsets. The bedrooms are good sizes however the bed linen and towels could do with updating. We hope to be back again soon.

We had a perfect week at Riversmeet, the house and location was superb, from door step to beach was great for dog walks and with the pubs/restaurant's so close it made for a relaxing break. Would recommend using the Commodore Hotel for car parking, they charge a small fee but worth it. Will defini.... Riversmeet Cottage is comfortable, spacious and well appointed, and ideally located next to the beach (perfect if you have a dog). Views of the low/high tide and the sunsets are fabulous. Note that the car parking is a 10 walk from the cottage, so not ideal if you have mobility problems.
