The games room was great , the garden is totally enclosed for peace of mind with dogs and children. The hot tub was lovely too. The lounge is very comfortable and tastefully decorated and the washing machine was a very welcome addition . The house is in easy reach of Bideford and a short drive to Westward Ho ! We would recommend this house to any large families.

We found the property to be fantastic for our weeks holiday. Well presented and clean, comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms etc.. Loads of space inside and out, a real bonus of games room and hot tub. Short stroll into town, and access to tarka trail straight from the house. Great base to explore north Devon.

Very cold downstairs at night, we used an extra duvet. Super views and plenty of living space but the property felt a bit run down, eg, not enough cereal bowls for everyone, lots of chipped crockery. Also the oven wasn’t working when we arrived, we had to google a fix which involved setting the time, got there in the end though! We actually left a day early as the 9am check out just wasn’t possible with a family of 6 including stripping and bagging all bedding/towels. Could have done with a second key. Sadly, the pictures promised a lot but the house didn’t quite live up to expectations for us.
