The house itself is stunning and the location great. Parking was great and the hosts really nice when we spoke. The beds were not particularly comfortable so new mattresses would be good for future guests.The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery etc but the frying pans and cooking pans could be updated.

The Captain's House has a lovely homely feel to it and the views over the estuary are stunning. The owners are very helpful if you have any queries.Instow is lovely and unspoilt. The local deli, restaurants and ice creams are to be recommended.We would happily go again!
