We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was quiet, peaceful, spotlesly clean, and well-kept, with lovely walks right on the doorstep. There is also a tantalising view of the distant Welcombe Mouth cove. Its off the beaten track though this was ideal for us, since we loved the feeling of remotenes. The welcome pack was thoughtful and a much appreciated bonus. Highly recommended

This was our 25th visit to the Carthouse. We find it to be a very relaxing week away from hard work and Lucy is a very good host. We will go again..
