This well-equipped flat has spectacular views looking out across the estuary to Braunton Burrows. Situated in the popular fishing village of Appledore where it is just by the National Coastal path leading to the Northam Burrows and the beach at Westward Ho! which is popular with surfers and kiteboarders. Appledore has a lively pub scene with good food and live music on many nights. With many local attractions like Clovelly, this apartment provides the ideal base for exploring, relaxing and watching the boats come and go. The ferry to Lundy Island passes regularly and trips can be booked from Bideford Quay. Water sports, golf, horse riding and fishing are all within 5 miles. Shops 600 yards, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

We loved our stay at The Mount with the superb views from the large windows in the lounge & both bedrooms. Great location to explore North Devon. There was everything you needed for a jolly good winter holiday. Rex was a pleasure to deal with.

View from flat is fabulous, we loved that. The location is fine, quite central. Only downside is the buildings around are all very 70s concrete, not the nicest to look at tbh. However, although basic furnishings flat has everything you need and views from the sitting room and bedrooms certainly make up for the view from the back plus it is very good value. Appledore itself is lovely, definitely would go back.
