This unique haven sits within 50 acres of breathtaking rolling countryside, just a few miles from the Cornwall border which allows guests to tour both counties with ease. Enjoy the outstanding views and surrounding picturesque countryside walks in this peaceful location, or head to the coast to strike out on the South West Coast Path from Bude, 12 miles away. The coastal town has three glorious sandy beaches and provides a fine array of local shops and eateries. Further afield is the mythical Tintagel, famed for the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, along with other historic fishing villages including Boscastle and Clovelly, all of which are within 30 miles.
Step inside this beautiful lodge and into the perfectly designed and comfortable studio-style lounge/kitchen/dining/sleeping area. The lounge area has a Smart TV and lovely views of the grounds and lakes. This brilliantly flexible and sociable space includes ample room to lounge and dine, and here you can relax in style after a day of exploring. Also included here is the compact, yet perfectly appointed, kitchen which boats an air fryer and coffee machine. Enjoy preparing fresh ingredients sourced from one of the many local farmers’ markets. The space provides a relaxing sofa, which can also pull out as a king-size sofa bed upon request. to accommodate one child. In the sleeping area, you will find a comfortable king-size bed, and completing the property is a perfectly appointed shower room. Just under 0.5 miles from the property is the fabulous, shared, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and sauna, complete with changing rooms and showers.
Venture outside where further highlights await in the form of a stunning enclosed pasture with exclusive lake access. Guests can swim over to the centre island in the lower lake, enjoy paddle boarding, relaxing and watching the array of birds at the bird watching hide or even enjoy a spot of fishing in the fully stocked, unfished lake too. There are plenty of surrounding seating areas, and even a BBQ and fire pit allowing guests to sit, unwind and dine whilst they enjoy the peace and tranquillity. There is also a pretty, calm river walk available.

No additional charge for these facilities. Open between 9:00am and 6:00pm all year round, and time slots can be booked with owners directly for exclusive access
