Thanks to the cottages proximity to the A30, the magnificent cathedral city of Exeter is easily accessible either by car (20 miles), or catch a train from Okehampton. Additionally, a wealth of attractions await within just 20 miles, including the enchanting Lydford Gorge, the scenic Roadford Lake, the captivating Meldon Reservoir and Viaduct, the historic Okehampton Castle, and the thrilling Crealy Adventure Park. As you step into this charming home, you’ll soon notice the quaint blend of original and contemporary design throughout. Ascending the staircase (fitted with a stair gate at the bottom and top), you'll discover two inviting bedrooms; the first offers a king-size bed, whilst the second provides a double bed and an additional single bed, both accompanied by ample clothing storage, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. There is also a separate WC downstairs.

Stepping outside, guests have their own outdoor seating area, perfect for a spot of al-fresco dining on those fresh Devon mornings. To the side of the property is a private enclosed garden and patio with seating, whilst across the driveway there is an additional lawn and seating area, allowing you to take in the views across the rolling hills towards Dartmoor.
