Rugged Dartmoor is a short drive away and is perfect for nature lovers and walkers and the popular Tarka Trail and Granite Way are also within easy reach. There is also a hotel nearby which offers a range of sporting and leisure facilities such as golf, tennis, various watersports and indoor activities. Alternatively, head towards the coast and enjoy the long, sandy, surfing beaches and sheltered coves the area is famed for.

There is no garden with the property, but just a two minutes walk away there is a lovely children s playground. There is also space to park one car next to the property and further parking can be found close by in the free village car park.
