We had a great stay from start to finish. The flat is nicer than I had imagined, it had everything we needed and not to much else, it was very comfortable. The underfloor heating kept the space cosy. It was a quiet location and not far to walk into town. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Lovely apartment. Space used really well and decorated to the highest order. Ceilings lower than normal but rooms felt spacious. Very comfortable and easy stroll into Tavi.

Excellent holiday home provided you dont have accessibility issues. While it was 30 degrees outside the basement cottage stayed cool and was easy to sleep in. Steps down to the cottage were steep but granny approved of hand rail and coped with the steps. Complaints were all not enough plates/glasses etc and mobile signal was bad in lounge but good in bedroom as was internet - so if internet doesn’t work on dining table try the bedroom. If you are fit it’s only a couple of hundred yards to Tavistock town centre. Very much 2+1 beds. Didn’t get much noise from upstairs but the only person in was a cat sitter a couple of times a day.
