The property is well-equipped, with some enjoying the added extras like Netflix and electric charging points. While some mention hard beds and a fly issue, the overall sentiment is positive, with many planning to return.

Guests consistently commend the property for its spotless condition, with multiple reviews highlighting the cleanliness, even under Covid-19 circumstances. The attention to cleanliness contributes to the overall positive experience.

The property's rural setting in Dorset is appreciated for its tranquillity and proximity to local attractions and walks. The location is deemed perfect for exploring the county, with a local pub nearby, enhancing the stay.

The majority of guests find the property comfortable, with good quality beds and furniture. However, a few guests mention the beds being too hard, which slightly impacts the comfort score.

The games room was great. The only thing I would say is a 10am checkout is very stingy. Especially when only booking for 2 nights. An option to extend checkout would be good.

Games room facilities were really good and very much enjoyed by our teenage kids. Can’t fault the cottage or complex at all. It worked perfectly for our family. The only downside was that the pub in the local village was closed for refurbishment during our stay and looks like it will be for some time.

Really well equipped clean kitchen. It was nice to be able to turn on the electric heaters for a while when the weather turned really cold. Lovely countryside all around with nice walks spoilt only by the wet weather. Would be good to have some dishcloths to wipe surfaces. we actually bought one and left it. Enjoyed our stay.
