It's tucked into the scenic edge of Cranborne Chase National Landscape, making it a wonderful base for families or couples who appreciate a countryside setting. The two-bedroom cottage is just over 1 mile from the village of Semley and 3 miles from the market town of Shaftesbury, so despite its rural setting, you're never far from civilisation. It's one of nine properties on the same site, and features access to a shared play area.

Inside, the single-storey cottage feels light and airy thanks to its open-plan layout and vaulted, beamed ceiling. Curl up on the comfortable sofas to watch TV and chat about the day, perhaps playing a board game if you fancy it. The compact kitchen is adequately equipped for holiday cooking, and there's a round dining table where you can sit down for family meals. At bedtime, retire to either the king-size bedroom with an en-suite or the twin room. There's also a separate family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. An optional z-bed is available to accommodate an extra guest if needed.
