Was very clean and near everything.only draw back was no parking, no wi fi and no ice box in fridge.some lovely restaurants all with in walking distance .if you want a good breakfast right on the beach walk right along sea front as far as you can go lovely little cafe passed all beach huts.

Swanage is the home of my husbands childhood holidays. We wanted to stay right in the heart of the town and The Winch did not disappoint.It was well appointed, really clean and very comfortable. We sorted out parking on a nearby street. There were a few steps to access the apartment which were fine for us but maybe not for some people otherwise it is really convenient for the town, the beach and the steam railway ( which is well worth doing)

Lovely little place situated in the very heart of Swanage.Only real gripe was that it didn’t have it’s own WiFi, so I was sat at table in bay window relying on temperamental Wi-Fi connection from The Ship pub below, which was hardly ideal!Being picky, wife would have appreciated a small hairdryer, but other than those two things, all good.
