On the ground floor you will find a lovely spacious kitchen, boasting wooden units and a charming dining table. Gather your loved ones for a home-cooked meal, and plan your adventures for the week ahead. Afterwards, you can all rest in the cosy sitting room in front of the woodburner, for a social night in. Tastefully finished, this room has a selection of armchairs for you to relax in comfort all day long and read a book of your choice. A vibrant cloakroom lies just before the stairs. The next floor houses a double bedroom, laced with pastel colours and with an en-suite bathroom. Matched with plenty of character, this set up is a lovely place to unwind after a long adventure. Two twin rooms are pretty and inviting, making a great choice for guests wanting to enjoy some quiet time, and a classic shower room lies in close proximity. Outside you can make use of the tennis court for some family fun, and admire the 1000 acre private farm estate. This quaint rural community is peacefully set amongst glorious countryside abounding in lovely walks, including The Parrett Trail, which follows the River Parrett to the north Somerset coast. There's easy access to the Jurassic Coast, and both Lyme Regis and West Bay offer a memorable day out. Alternatively, visit Yeovilton's Fleet Air Arm Museum, Forde Abbey, or Sherborne, all of which are a short drive away. Explore the depths of this tranquil location.
