Set in the small village of Pymore, this charming two bed stone cottage is set in a beautiful peaceful location, just one mile from Bridport. 3 The Buildings offers traditional charm with well-maintained amenities, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a log burner and a self-contained garden, perfect for outside sitting and dining. A designated parking space is provided close to the property.

There is plenty to keep you busy nearby, with peaceful walks on your doorstep and beautiful beaches a short drive away. Alternatively, head just down the country lane to Pymore Inn and enjoy the beautiful beer garden.

Please note: This property is only suitable for a maximum of two adults and two children, due to the bunk beds.

Accommodation

Ground floor:

Living area with one sofa, one armchair, window seat, Smart TV (all TV channels accessed via online Apps), log burner (first supply of logs provided).

Kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, toaster, cafetière, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, dining table with seating for two and access out to the garden.

Stairs leading to first floor:

Bedroom 1 with bunk beds (3ft in width and length of 5ft 9in, suitable for children only).

Bedroom 2 with 5ft King size bed.

Family bathroom with heated towel rail, walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

Outdoor utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and charcoal BBQ.

Outside

Private and enclosed garden with courtyard and grass area, seating for five.

Please Note: There is a small pond in the garden. Although covered, children should be supervised at all times.

Parking

A designated parking space for one car in parking area approximately 50 yards from the cottage.

Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles. The nearest public charger is located in East Street Car Park in Bridport, a two minute drive from the property.

Additional

  • Included: All bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels), first supply of logs provided for log burner, drying line in the garden, Wi-Fi, stair gate, iron & ironing board.

  • Telephone: No telephone. Mobile reception good.

  • Pets: Two small, well behaved dogs welcome in public areas of property only (not bedrooms). Pet Charge: £30 per pet per week.

  • Local facilities: Pub with good reputation for food near to the property, many other restaurants, takeaways and shops in nearby Bridport. Nearest beaches: West Bay Beach, Hive Beach & Chesil Beach.

  • Short Breaks are available during low season, within 14 days.

  • Electric vehicles: Electric vehicle charging is not possible at this property (see parking section for details).

  • Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the property.
