The accommodation has been designed with great thought and style for the comfort and enjoyment of large families or groups of friends. This architect designed house has something for everyone with a family games room that has a 75 inch TV and new games table, a generous sitting and television room with bi-folding doors and views down to the beach. The open-plan kitchen with island and breakfast bar includes a large dining area for 12 guests and a cosy sitting area with television providing space for relaxing, entertaining or gathering friends and family together.
There is a generous ground floor king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a spacious utility room and a stylish cloakroom with shower completing the ground floor accommodation.
The galleried entrance hall and staircase leads up to a mezzanine study area. We visit Dorset at New Year every year. 3 generations having a second Christmas and bringing in the New Year together and this property is by far the best. The location is perfect and the house was a fantastic space for all of us. The kids loved 'their' room on the cold days playing pool and table tennis and then had the beautiful Hive Beach to play on on sunny days. We look forward to coming again.
