This comfortable apartment has stunning views over the beach at West Bay and along the Jurassic Coastal Path located just behind the East Beach. Being on the second floor affords this well-proportioned apartment stunning views over the coast and is an ideal location for those wishing to holiday close to the beach and South West Coastal Path in West Bay, Dorset. One step up into the apartment sees you in a hallway which leads off to the kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, balcony and views over the beach, the other is a twin with single beds. The open plan sitting, and dining room has a large window which take in the expansive view of the beach and coastline.
Right in heart of West Bay, famous for it’s location role in ITV’s Broadchurch series means you can park up for the week and find everything you need within walking distance of the apartment, including restaurants, pubs and shop for all those essential items. If you want to take a drive out, be sure to visit, the market town of Bridport, Charmouth, Lyme Regis to the west and Burton Bradstock, Abbotsbury, the Isle of Portland and Weymouth to the East. Jurassic view is perfectly located for exploring West Bay at anytime of the year.
West Bay, fondly known as “The Gateway To The Dorset Jurassic Coast”, nestles beneath the glorious sandstone cliffs of Golden Cap, at the western end of the dramatic pebbly Chesil Beach. This is a wonderful seaside location, perfect for family holidays, offering scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path, as well as ample opportunities to try your hand at sea fishing, golf, fossil hunting, boating, or even try scuba diving. Only 1.5 miles away is the vibrant market town of Bridport, featured in the TV series, River Cottage. The area holds plenty of attractions to suit the whole family! Just a short drive takes you to the picturesque seaside resort of Lyme Regis, the lovely sub-tropical gardens and swannery at Abbotsbury, or the golden sands of Weymouth. This wonderful location makes an ideal base for a great family holiday.

. We had to rearrange furniture in order to open wardrobe door.. Shower neede repairing as we counldn't adust height of spray which was set at lowest point. This was our 4th visit to this apartment but it really needs refreshing to book again.

Tried to find one in Bridport to no avail. Curtain rails need a clean and lubricating as do doors and hinges. These are only trivial things overall the stay was very pleasant.

Very handy to have free parking in West Bay. Everything clean and ready for check in, although need to ask the cleaner to do the floor right behind the bathroom door. We were given dishwasher tablets in our welcome pack, but couldn't find a dishwasher? Other residents were very friendly and the area is quiet & peaceful generally, apart from the local lads with their loud car exhausts doing the rounds at 9ish each night. The bright lights outside the front door didn't go out until after midnight, so the twin room really could do with blackout curtains - the current ones are not lined at all. Otherwise a very pleasant stay in a wonderful coastal town.
