A beautiful, one-bedroom property situated within the coastal village of Burton Bradstock. Boasting uninterrupted views over the village of Burton Bradstock and along the Jurassic Coast towards West Bay, Village View promises a superb base for a couple looking to spend some time within this wonderful location. Through the porch you will find yourself in the spacious open-plan living room with windows to showcase the stunning views over the fields and a cosy woodburning stove to ensure a tranquil setting. From here, open up the patio doors to spend some time on the raised decked area, where you can relax with a drink, enjoy the views and the revel in the peace and tranquillity of the countryside.
The interior is completed by the double bedroom which is benefitted by a stylish en-suite shower room. For those feeling active, Village View is ideally located for stepping out onto the South West Coast Path, from where you can walk and enjoy many miles of uninterrupted sea views. Hive Beach is a short walk and you can find tasty rewards at the Hive Beach Café. The village of Burton Bradstock is also within striking distance and there you will find two pubs serving food, a Post Office and garage that can provide all those essential supplies. We settled in quite well.and felt everything was there that we needed especially in the kitchen. I can sympathise over the size of the bed but difficult to make a bigger one because of furniture needed. A great location but such a pity we couldn't make the most of it. Would definitely return sometime. Just a note for owners, a larger duvet woukd ensure we aren't fighting to keep covered

Owners on site which is reassuring. Very quiet and near to places of interest and shops. Village view provides a relaxing and comfortable stay for couples and everything has been thought of. We have returned a few times as we are guaranteed a good holiday

Alan & Jill very helpful and kind too. Other than a couple of small things the cottage is perfect and we had a lovely relaxed time there. Personally we found the bed a little uncomfortable but that is maybe because we are used to a larger king size. The cottage is available for people with pets we think. Thatâs great for them but if you have a pet dander allergy you might want to choose elsewhere. We found the hoover had a strong âwet dogâ odour also. On the plus side the cottage is lovely and warm and the wood burner is fantastic. It has almost all of what you will need for a nice relaxed break.
