This property is located within a beautiful, privately owned estate surrounded by acres of nature reserve offering plenty of outdoor activities from biking to paddle boarding. The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single-sex groups or excessive noise after 11.00pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.
This spacious and stunning four bedroom Water Garden property offering bright and modern accommodation is set close to the peaceful Beaumont Lake. This property would sleep six adults and four children or eight adults. This property also benefits from full access to the Activity Hub’s facilities (subject to prior booking and availability) included in the cost of the accommodation providing you with free access to bikes, canoes,kayaks and stand up paddle boards during your stay.
GROUND FLOOR
A spacious entrance hall with wooden flooring provides access to a utility room complete with inbuilt storage, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and separate WC.
The TV room is the perfect place for the kids to hang out.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area provides a fantastic space for all the family and friends to socialise. The kitchen offers oven, microwave oven, induction hob and dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar with four stools. The dining table accommodates ten using six chairs and a bench for four. There is comfortable sofa seating for eight plus beanbags.
There is a large decked area with dining for eight.
FIRST FLOOR
The master bedroom boasts stunning views over Beaumont Lake complete with king size bed and en-suite with large walk in shower. There is a second king size bedroom with en-suite shower room, a third king size bedroom and a fourth bedroom that has two bunk beds sleeping four.
From the first floor there are stairs to the roof terrace with outdoor dining and views across Silverlake.
ADDITIONAL
Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot, stairgates and highchairs provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot. Wi-Fi included.
Spa use included.
N.B Silverlake is part of an growing development. Although building works are now complete in Beaumont Village, landscaping works may be ongoing. For further information please contact a member of the team.
As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.
