This property is located within a beautiful, privately owned estate surrounded by acres of nature reserve offering plenty of outdoor activities from biking to paddle boarding. The onsite Spa encourages relaxation with their selection of treatments and pools. To uphold the ethos of the estate, it does not allow for large single-sex groups or excessive noise after 11.00pm. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival. Please read carefully the policies stated below before booking.

This highly individual property commands a stunning south facing shoreline position offering far reaching views across Beaumont Lake, teamed with modern architecture, this property creates the ideal contemporary but cosy ambience. With the bonus of a secluded seating area, private canoe launch platform, extensive sun deck, double garden hammock and private pond shared with resident ducks; this truly is a showstopper of a house.

This property also benefits from full access to the Activity Hub’s facilities (subject to prior booking and availability) included in the cost of the accommodation providing you with free access to bikes, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards during your stay.

GROUND FLOOR

The accommodation provides spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with floor to ceiling glass patio doors and windows create a spacious, light area, to relax and entertain your guests.

This property also benefits from a study fitted with a double sofa bed, smart TV with integral BT Sports and Now TV.

FIRST FLOOR

Master bedroom provides access to balcony decking offering panoramic views over Beaumont Lake complete with king size bed with built in TV, touch sensitive reading lights and ensuite with large shower and rainmaker head. There is a second king size bedroom with breakfast balcony with an ensuite shower room with illuminated cabinet. You will also find a twin bedroom and a further bedroom with a pull out truckle bed, providing further twin beds

There is also a good sized family bathroom with a shower over bath with the added bonus of an illuminated cabinet with Bluetooth speakers within.

OUTSIDE

On the ground floor casual dining furniture and charcoal BBQ.

From the first floor there are stairs to the roof terrace with ample furniture for casual outdoor dining and views across all of the Estate and Nature Reserve. The roof terrace also benefits from a BBQ.

ADDITIONAL

Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot, stairgate and highchair provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot. Wi-Fi is included and connected to all three TV screens

Please note, whilst this property has a sofa bed within the study, the maximum occupancy is 8 guests – it does though provide the opportunity to cater for elderly or infirm family members as there is a ground floor shower in the Utility/Boot room next door.

The use of Hurricane Spa is included.

As all our properties are privately owned bedding does differ, If you are allergic to feathers please enquire with the team, you may wish to bring your own bedding.

N.B Silverlake is part of an growing development. Although building works are now complete in Beaumont Village, landscaping works may be ongoing. For further information please contact a member of the team.
