Pleasure Permit - Pleasure Fishing: Adult £9 per day, £42 per week. Junior 2-12 yrs £7 per day, £37 per week. Evening Ticket after 5pm: £7 per adult and £5 per child

Specimen Fishing (max 2 rods) - per 6 hours £8, per 12 hours £12.50. per 24 hours £21. per week up to 7 days £80

This is a family holiday park, working parties of any kind will not be accepted.

Warmwell is very hilly, Some lodges have many steps, and are either terraced, semi detached or detached. Holiday homes are allocated on arrival, if you have any special requests such as particular unit numbers please telephone us as these maybe requested but not guaranteed.

Carp fishing is on a first come, first served basis, it cannot be pre-booked. Please call the tackle shop on arrival. In the swimming pool children under 8 yrs must be accompanied by an adult in the water. No more than 2 children under 8 may accompany an adult, children under 4 yrs must be accompanied on a 1 to 1 basis.

Wi-Fi access is in designated areas only.

This is a family holiday park, football, rugby and work parties of any kind will not be accepted.

Any facilities unable to operate in line with government guidance regarding social distancing will be temporarily suspended during your stay in order to ensure that you and your family are safe. This could affect the swimming pool and indoor entertainment venues. However, where facilities can be safely operated like a wide range of takeaway options, supermarket and laundrette services they will remain available.

Please Note: Dog bowls are only provided around the main complex and not in the pet friendly units. You will need to supply your own in the accommodations.

Please note, some breeds of dog, including those listed on the Dangerous Dogs Act are not allowed on park.
