The main living accommodation is arranged in an open‑plan living space, bringing together the kitchen, dining, and sitting areas into a central hub for the stay. The kitchen is equipped for everyday self‑catering, while the dining area provides space to enjoy meals together before settling into the sitting area after days spent exploring the Dorset countryside.

Within the living hut there is a bathroom fitted with a bath and walk‑in shower, completing the available facilities. The sleeping accommodation is set within two separate external huts, comprising a hut with a double bedroom and a further hut with a twin bedroom. This distinctive layout offers a degree of independence for guests and adds to the character of the stay. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with furniture, providing space to sit out and make the most of warmer days. The surrounding area offers access to coastal scenery and countryside walks, with nearby highlights including Ringstead Bay, the seaside town of Weymouth, and the Jurassic Coast, alongside inland walking routes and viewpoints across Dorset.

The Reef café situated next to The Orchard is a newly renovated café on the beach carpark, serving delicious homemade cakes, coffees and teas, soups in the winter, bacon rolls, burgers and in the summer holidays, wood fired pizzas. With its individual layout and outdoor setting, The Orchard provides a memorable base for a rural Dorset break.

Ringstead is a village and civil parish resting near the Norfolk coast, a few miles away from the popular resort of Hunstanton. This quaint village is a peaceful settlement, with a general store and a pub serving food. For more shopping and dining options, guests can head to the coast for a variety of restaurants, or head inland to one of the surrounding villages and towns, such as Fakenham and Swaffham. You can enjoy incredible natural beauty at the rspb Titchwell Marsh, Holme Dunes National Nature Reserve, and Ringstead Downsand, while the resort of Hunstanton offers more attractions including SEA life Hunstanton and lovely sandy beaches. Further afield, historical architecture is bountiful, with Bircham Windmill, Houghton Hall & Gardens Norfolk and Castle Rising within each reach of the village, and a handful of museums dotted around the encompassing coast and countryside.
