The house is ideal for both couples and families, providing the perfect base from which to relax and explore this wonderful stretch of coastline. All on one level, the property includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, as well as a lounge and separate dining room. A pretty little fully enclosed garden area with patio and furniture is surrounded by mature trees and shrubs. Walkers will be spoilt for choice with winding country lanes and footpaths right on the doorstep. The beautiful South West Coast Path is only about a 20 minute walk away. Well behaved dogs are very welcome.
Location
The bungalow is situated in the village of Morcombelake on the A35, midway between the vibrant West Dorset market town of Bridport and the lovely seaside town of Lyme Regis. As well as having a farm shop, post office and bakery, Morcombelake is served by two regular bus routes running along the coast - perfect for coast path walking. The delightful seaside village of Charmouth, with its famous fossil beach, is only a 5 minute drive away or about 45 minutes walk via the coast path. The beautiful National Trust land at Golden Cap is within easy walking distance, as are the pretty villages and rolling countryside around the Marshwood Vale. For those wishing to explore by car, this is the perfect location from which to discover all that this wonderful area has to offer.
