The Grade II listed building is dating to 1904 and is original gabled Portland Courthouse. Now it boasts with modern touches incorporated to this unique character property which suits for big family gatherings or celebrations. It may just be a fantastic holiday home for those enjoying a bit of luxury when on holidays.
The interior boats with original balustrading, wood panelling and a bar that previously was an original ‘Dock’. Read the morning paper on the original magistrate bench situated on the walkway upstairs and enjoy stunning beach views.
The kitchen has granite work surfaces. You will also find three en-suite bedrooms and high-quality furnishings throughout with stunning large oak four poster bed makes the property shine with luxury attributes.
The spacious open plan living area is perfect for sharing the day’s highlights, cooking or playing games. The antique dining table sits 12 people, so don’t worry if you are having a big celebration.

Plenty of space, kitchen was well resourced and lovely views. All just 5 mins from beach and beautiful walks. The only comment I'd make for improvement, and it's a small one, would be one of the fridges upstairs has an ice box as otherwise you're having to go through a bedroom for ice for the vital G & T ( warned you it was a small one!)

The problem with the hot water (wrong timed programme) was sorted within 1 hour and I am sure the TV in the 1st floor bedroom (unwatchable 'snowy' picture) & the fan in the 1st floor bathroom (worked intermittently) which had not been addressed by the end of 2 week stay will now have been fixed.
