The sitting room is a comfortable place to unwind and catch up on your favourite TV shows or to relax and enjoy a good book, you may find yourself simply admiring the sea views out of the window. Wander through the patio doors onto the terrace to gaze at Portland harbour and Chesil Beach. All the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and are bright and modern.

Situated in a quiet residential area, Rodwell Trail is only a short walk away. One direction leads to Weymouth, the other direction to Chesil Beach and beyond. If you enjoy walking, an energetic coastal walk will take you to Portland where there are many lovely café’s along the way, you can stop, admire the views and have a drink and a bite to eat. Within easy walking and exploring distance of Blue Horizons you will find numerous small beaches; think secret locations the locals love! Weymouth town centre and its award-winning beach are a short drive away, where you will find all the amenities you need for a holiday in Dorset. Blue Horizons is ideally located for Portland, Chesil Beach, West Bay and Charminster to the West, and Ringstead, Kimmeridge, Lulworth and Durdle Door to the East if exploring the Jurassic Coast line is your adventure of choice. Blue Horizons is ideal for a family or a group of friends who are looking for a really special house with outstanding sea views.

Wyke Regis sits on the south western side of Weymouth and the northern edges of Portland harbour whilst reaching as far as the back of Chesil beach and The Fleet. 2 miles from the centre of Weymouth. There are local shops, cafés and restaurants including The famous Crab House café, with it’s own Oyster beds on the doorstep. The National Sailing school, an Olympic legacy, offers a wide variety of water sports and is just 2 miles away on the edge of Portland harbour. The Fleet lagoon that runs between Wyke Regis and Chesil beach is an important area for wildlife and there are many species of birds to be seen in the area. Chesil beach is also a renown spot for fishing. The Fleet is probably most famous for being the testing ground for Barnes Wallis’s bouncing bomb, immortalised in the film the Dam Busters. Wyke Regis is the perfect location from which to explore many of Dorset’s most iconic locations on the Jurassic coast.
