Off road allocated basement gated parking for ONE Vehicle only, (size restriction of 1.8m high x 2m wide and 4.6m depth).  please note: A £50 refundable deposit is required for the remote control to operate parking gates to be paid in cash on arrival. Pedestrian access is via the main entrance which has three steps. *A lift is then available to the apartment, subject to availability.

As this property is centrally located adjacent to pubs / restaurants and a night club, the lively atmosphere of the area should be considered when booking this property.
