Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tiled floor.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle and toilet. . Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Stairgate. Welcome pack. Small enclosed courtyard with patio and garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking.. On the outskirts of Weymouth and close to the causeway over to Portland, this terraced house offers an excellent holiday home from which to enjoy this wonderful part of Dorset. Being on the right side of Weymouth, there is easy access to Chesil Beach, the famous scenic Jurassic Coast and on to Lyme Regis. Within easy driving distance you can be in Weymouth or Portland and enjoying many seaside activities, ranging from swimming, boating, sailing, fishing and windsurfing. Weymouth itself offers many attractions to visit with its shops, Weymouth sealife Adventure Park and its lovely award-winning sandy beach. Within easy driving distance is Monkey World, The Tank Museum and on towards Corfe Castle and the Swanage Steam Railway. Alternatively, take in the Purbecks with its wonderful scenery and famous Lulworth Cove. Nearby Dorchester, the county town of Dorset, has museums and character shops, or spend a fascinating day at Abbotsbury Swannery and Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens. Fancy a day trip to Guernsey or Jersey? Weymouth boasts one of the shortest passages across the channel, and there is no better way to experience the wonders of the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline than by sea. Weymouth is an ideal location for south coast cruising holidays, or as a stopover in preparation for a channel crossing to Northern France, or the Channel Islands. A small, but busy port, and arguably one of the most attractive in Europe, it welcomes thousands of transits each year. This attractive part of Weymouth is well worth a visit for no other reason than to simply relax in the charm of such a beautiful old harbour and soak up the atmosphere. Beach 1½ miles.
