Friendly and very helpful from our first phone conversation, he welcomed us to the house personally and showed us where everything was, and left us milk and even a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. I’d give Ben and Harriet 10 out of ten and would recommend them to everyone.

It is impressively maintained & equipped. Though situated conveniently in Cheltenham town centre, a very short walk from all the facilities you will need, it is extremely quiet with no traffic noise and only light pedestrian traffic past the front door. We found it an ideal base for our week-long holiday exploring The Cotswolds, Gloucester and Stratford-Upon-Avon. Harriet & Ben made us feel very welcome on arrival, leaving a few welcome extras to perk us up after a long journey. We had a nice, hassle free time and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

A stones throw from a number of cracking restaurants (Suffolk Rock & The Coconut Tree particularly good) and a comfortable walk from the Racecourse. Ben met us upon arrival, a very informal hello before leaving us to enjoy our break. The kitchen was more than adequate and can vouch for the smoke alarms which went off when I left the bacon under the grill for too long. Hopefully we’ll go back in future years.
