For some peace and quiet, head over to the snug that is home to a real burning fire, or into the sitting room that is a bright, dual aspect room with welcoming seating and an Apple TV with Netflix and a DVD player, perfect for a snuggled night in, watching films, as the open fire crackles away in the background.

Look forward to rustling up delicious evening meals in the kitchen, that connects to the breakfast room/orangery, with beautiful stone mullion windows that allow light into the kitchen from the partial glass ceiling, where you can make use of the freestanding units, AGA, and other appliances, as well as a useful connecting pantry with a fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a useful cloakroom with a basin and WC.

When sleep calls, a choice of four stunning bedrooms are on offer, two of which are positioned on the ground-floor which is perfect for guests with limited mobility; one of which contains a grand, super-king-size four-poster bed, with dual aspect windows looking into the grand hall and out to the garden and the church beyond, the other contains a king-size bed and has a very high, domed ceiling and a raised porthole window, benefitting from its own en-suite shower room and a separate en-suite basin and WC.

Upstairs, a large landing greets you which contains seating and offers lovely views of the church from its porthole windows, with a balcony overlooking the large entrance hall, from which you will find a king-size dual aspect room, with one window looking out to the church, the other room has a double bed. The first-floor hosts the family bathroom where you can have a long soak amongst the bubbles in the bath, or enjoy an invigorating rinse in the walk-in shower.

Outside, the well-kept garden to the front of the property and is very peaceful, looking out towards the lovely church, and contains a mixture of lawn and gravelled areas, with a table set perfect for alfresco dining on warm days!

The peaceful village of Toddington is home to Toddington Manor, a gothic style 19th century manor, of which Artisan Hall is the largest part of what was originally the stable block for the imposing Grade I listed manor house, built by Charles Hanbury-Tracy, 1st Baron Sudeley, whose marble family tombs can be seen in the church.

In the heart of the beautiful Cotswold countryside, Artisan Hall sits close to Winchcombe which is a vibrant, ancient Saxon town known as the walking capital of the Cotswolds as there are countless footpaths on its doorstep, many of which incorporate sections of the Cotswold Way long distance walking trail which covers over 100 miles of spectacular countryside. In addition to stunning scenery, the town is also home to a variety of tourist attractions including the historic Sudeley Castle and the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway.

Also close by is Broadway, often referred to as the ‘Jewel of the Cotswolds’, where you will find an array of individual shops, such as Cheltenham House Antiques, Blandford Books and Hamiltons Chocs & Sweets, where you’ll surely not leave empty handed! Also home to Broadway Tower, a folly on Broadway Hill, offering guests a great viewing platform sat at 1,024 feet above sea level.

Make a trip over to Stow-on-the-Wold, a historic market town which hosts an array of individual shops, contemporary art galleries and a Farmers’ market, held on the second and last Thursday of every month, offering lovely local produce.

Resting in the beautiful Tewkesbury Borough of north Gloucestershire at the edge of the Costwolds aonb, is the charming village of Toddington, split into two towns both the 'Old Town' and the 'New Town'. The village is home to a quaint country pub called The Pheasant, a village shop, St Andrew's church, a railway station, and the dramatic Toddington Manor. The 19th century manor was bought by award-winning artist Damien Hirst in 2005, and is used for his extensive art collection, boasting 100 acres of woodland, two lakes and babbling streams. The large spa town of Cheltenham is just a short journey away, hosting a whole heap of culture including an array of festivals including the Cheltenham Literature Festival, Jazz Festival, Science Festival, Music Festival, Cricket Festival, and the Cheltenham Food & Drink Festival, as well as gorgeous Regency architecture, art gallery, museums, and fun-filled attractions. Gloucester city centre holds a grand cathedral, Blackfriars 13th century medieval Priory site, and a Guildhall. Toddington is a fantastic spot to explore the Cotswolds, exploring the various rolling hills, walking trails and scenic landscapes.
