We had a fantastic stay! The location was brilliant right by the riverside and close to Lydney harbour. The house had plenty of space for up to 6 people and the beds were incredibly comfy easily the best nights sleep weve had in ages! The kitchen was well-equipped, and the view from the conservatory over the river was beautiful and peaceful. The host was very helpful, and the whole area was quiet and relaxing perfect for a getaway. We visited Clearwell Caves, Puzzlewood, and Symonds Yat during our stay, all just a short drive away. We had Sunday lunch at The Globe and steak night at The Cros Inn. Everything we needed was provided, and while the towels could perhaps do with a little upgrade (just a personal preference), thats a very minor detail. Overall, wed absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

A super cottage, cosy, welcoming with amazing walks from the door. We booked to come back before we had left!
