Excellent place, right for our needs, very clean. John the owner was very welcoming when we arrived he was on hand but not intrusive. He was able to point out plenty of local eateries and attractions. ( he even provided fresh milk and eggs)There was ample leaflets to show what was happening in the area. The paddock was an added bonus for our energetic dog. Definitely recommend . Just be aware that it is a narrow road.

Very comfortable, though compact, lodge. Comfortable furniture, good value for money. Good for dogs - a securely fenced patio area and a paddock which would be secure enough for most dogs. Lots of woodland walks in the local area.
