An imposing 17th Century Farmhouse with a wealth of character features throughout situated in the heart of Snowshill a quintessential Cotswolds village - only three miles from the beautiful village of Broadway.
The village sits on the top of the escarpment and is only a five-minute drive from Broadway and approximately 15/20 minutes from Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold.
Completely refurbished during 2012, the property benefits from a huge kitchen/breakfast room with enormous open fireplace, and seven bathrooms serving the eight bedrooms. Exposed beams and stonework appear throughout and there are flagstone and wood floors on the ground floor. There is a large south facing garden and a patio area suitable for outside dining.
Less than a three-minute walk away the village boasts a popular pub, The Snowshill Arms. There is a village church and the area is very popular with walkers. Broadway, 'The Jewel of the Cotswolds' is less than three miles away and boasts several excellent restaurants, tea rooms and shops.
Snowshill Manor and gardens and Cotswold Lavender Farm with their gift shops and tea rooms are well worth a visit.
There is easy access to Evesham, Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford.
Accommodation
Enormous kitchen/breakfast room with dining for 8-10 guests, window seats and open fireplace, small TV. Separate dining room with dining for 16 guests with flagstone floors and exposed stone walls. TV room with 46 inch screen, oak floor with exposed beams and oak window seat. Large sitting room with open fireplace and oak floor. There are two staircases to the first floor, the main staircase boasting the restored, original wood staircase.
First floor: Large double bedroom with 6' zip and link bed with triple aspect including stunning views over the valley below Snowshill with large bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower and under floor heating. The second and third bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower over the bath, the other with a roll top bath. The fourth bedroom has an en-suite wet room with shower. All four first floor rooms have 6ft zip and link double beds which can be arranged as twin beds. The upper floors are carpeted throughout.
Second floor: Large double bedroom which has a number of exposed beams and a splendid view with 5ft bed and large en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. Large family suite comprising a linked double bedroom with 5ft bed and a twin bedroom separated by a small corridor with modern bathroom with roll top bath, both have exposed beams. Twin room with en-suite shower room with exposed beams and stonework. All en-suite bathrooms have wc's and hand basins.
Oil fired central heating. The kitchen has a large range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, two dishwashers, wine fridge and large island work station.

The TV room contains an internet-enabled 46in TV screen with HD Freeview. DVD.
WiFi* is available from the kitchen hub, however, the service does not extend to the entire property. *Top floor bedrooms are not in range.
There is an external utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, additional fridge and plenty of space for drying walking clothes and boots.
Garden furniture and barbecue.
There is ample parking (excluding the garage) for eight cars.
Several bedrooms are large enough to take a travel cot.
