Situated on the Cotswold Way and just a short walk from the centre of the Cotswold market town of Winchcombe, Orchard Lea is a fantastic property to base yourself to discover all that the Cotswolds has to offer.
Step into the large entrance hall to enjoy accessible, spacious, single-storey accommodation. The generous living space comprises of a sociable open-plan kitchen/dining room, with ample seating for up to six guests and french doors opening out onto the fully-enclosed courtyard garden. The cosy sitting room allows you to relax in comfort in front of the wood burning stove and enjoy your favourite films or television programmes on the Smart television.
Three spacious bedrooms, ideal for multi-generational families or friends, have been tastefully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep, two of which have french doors leading out to the courtyard garden.
Winchcombe is a popular market town, featuring several independent shops, historic pubs and eateries. The town features a 'Walkers are Welcome' status, making it a great base for those looking to explore one of Britain's National Landscapes; or visit the historic Sudeley Castle and its award winning gardens.

What a great break at Orchard Lea. It exceeded expectations and was a superb holiday home. Attention to detail was noted, lovely furnishings and decor, very spacious, modern and really lovely. We loved our time here 3 couples and a baby.Bungalow very well equipped great kitchen everything you could require and more. Very comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms. Baby friendly, we we requested the travel cot and high chair which was great. The Owner Caroline, even bought round toys specific for our little one, so very kind.The welcome pack was a lovely thought and much appreciated - eggs, coffee, teabags, milk, biscuits and oil. Winchcombe is lovely , picturesque location, great to be away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoyed walking across the fields to the town. Would love to return and be here when we could enjoy the outside seating. Great to be able to park 3 cars in the drive too. Thank you very much for the superb Easter Break, we would love to return.

Spent wonderful New Year in this fabulous bungalow everything we needed is provided here. Beautiful furnishings comfortable beds with The added extras of Christmas decorations very tasteful. This property is in a beautiful peaceful location lovely walks on the doorstep but also having winch very close by. We have all had a wonderful week here and would love to return. We would highly recommend a holiday here, thank you for the delicious welcome hamper to.

What a lovely location! We went to Sudeley Castle to see the light show and it was out of this world. We loved how nicely the house was decorated for Christmas. That was really lovely. Plenty of little shops which was nice, and we also went to Dunkertons Christmas market and visited the picturesque Broadway for the Christmas lights in the afternoon. It is a really comfortable and cozy bungalow which made for a thoughtful enjoyable stay.Thank you as well for the lovely welcome hamper.
