As described by others the lodge is large, spacious and well equipped Nice touches include loads of toilet paper and all the kitchen basics etc.I would point out one thing for others driving an EV. The ‘charging point’ is in fact just an outside 13amp socket so you will need to bring your own 13amp ‘granny charging’ cable. I don’t have one but it was not the end of the world as there are several 150kw chargers 5 minutes away at Sanders Garden centre, open 9am - 6pm I charged to 100% for journey home whilst having lunch so no problem

We had a wonderful stay in this nice cottage, perfectly located near both the beach and the city. (You need a car or bike) Everything was clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax. Although we unexpectedly needed the nearby hospital after my wife broke her elbow in a fall, its proximity was a real advantage. The trains didn’t disturb us at all, especially since we spent most of our days out and about.
