With the kind of harbour views that’ll stop you in your tracks, 14 Spinnaker Quay is one of those properties that’ll have you reaching for your camera the moment you step inside and see the view. The living space has been designed to showcase its harbour views, and you can step straight outside onto your own terrace or balcony to watch the boats bobbing on the waves.
When the sun sets and you gather with the group to sit back and enjoy some time out, little touches of luxury such as the 55 inch Panasonic 4K smart TV with Sky make it easy to relax in the large lounge. A well designed, open plan kitchen and dining space on the ground floor means that you can cook up a storm whilst still being part of the group. With the double doors open to the large private terrace you can also bring the outside in and thrive on the sea air.
It isn’t just the living area with a contemporary design though, the three bedrooms are spacious, chic and welcoming, and the master bedroom has a kingsize bed to make it even more difficult to leave after a good night’s sleep. With flexible zip and link beds in the second bedroom, it can be arranged as a super king size or a twin, and the double bed in bedroom three means this house is perfect for a Plymouth break with friends or as a family.
This is an outstanding destination and the location is perfect for lovers of the sea. The immediate area offers a choice of bars and restaurants with two waterside pubs in Mount Batten and a further pub in the riverside village of Turnchapel. Alternatively take a short ride in the water taxi to the historic Barbican area with its cobbled streets and numerous restaurants, bars and shops.
Please note that commercial vehicles are not allowed to park in the allocated parking space at Spinnaker Quay, they are however allowed to park in the nearby free of charge public car park
