Very clean and comfortable. Secure parking was great. The owner visited quickly to check we were happy and offered ideas of things to do. They were both very hospitable. There were a few tiny niggles e.g. the loo seat which wouldnât stay up, and the shower drained a bit slowly, but overall we had a lovely restful stay in a beautiful location. Thank you.

Plenty of room for 2 people. Bathroom very clean. Felt safe and secure with electronic gates and good car parking space. Lovely private outside space to sit in, closed off from main house. Lovely welcome gifts of chocs,cider,water,milk and prosecco. David and Jackie are lovely friendly hosts. Nice location about 15-20mins from Barbican area/Plymouth. Very good location to catch the local bus into Plymouth or to Dartmouth. Fantastic food at Foxhound Inn 5 minute walk away.

The outside space available was good to have. The Studio is well positioned for visiting the area. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the welcome gifts provided by them were a lovely thought and much appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending this property to other couples.
