On the ground floor is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room, with doors leading out onto a large terrace, complete with an eight-seat corner lounge set, where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the breathtaking haven views, whatever the time of year. On the first floor is the living room, boasting uninterrupted, wall-to-wall harbour views reaching as far as the historic Plymouth Barbican and Plymouth’s famous Smeaton’s Tower. You can step straight out onto your own large balcony, with bistro sets, enjoy a meal in the fresh air and take in the setting sun. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom, with a comfortable kingsize bed, dressing room and an en-suite. The other two kingsize bedrooms, one of which can be converted into twin beds, can be found on the second floor, again affording wonderful views.
With a local ferry service within 2 minutes walking distance, you can be enjoying the café, bar and restaurant culture, or history of the Barbican within 10 minutes. The centre of Plymouth, or the spectacular views of Plymouth Sound and facilities of Plymouth Hoe are within 20 minutes. From the Barbican Quay you can catch a short ferry to The Royal William Yard, Mount Edgcumbe or Cawsands. Why not take in a sightseeing trip around The Royal Naval Dockyard?
