Stayed in ‘The Hive’ Burrow and it was fantastic, so quiet & peaceful with only the pleasant sound of birds singing during the day. If you are looking for relaxation this is the place to stay & there are lots of scenic places to visit in the area e.g Wells, Cheddar Gorge & Bath. The owners Alex & Tanya are lovely people. Each Hive has its own large fenced/gated garden. Hot tub speaks for itself and there are laundry facilities on site. On arrival The Hive was clean/tidy and has everything you need. It’s only a minor point but due to The Hive being one of two smaller Burrows there are no wardrobes however they have irons & fold away ironing boards. A small price to pay though when everything else was just perfect! Highly recommend 👍🏻

Myself, fiancé and dog stayed in the hive end of November 2025 we loved everything about the stay from the setting, surrounding area and quality. We have stayed in a few cabins/pods but the hive was definitely the best and most relaxing as no worries about the dog escaping. The hot tub was clean and all in working order and the cabin was super cosy. Alex was really helpful upon arrival and always around if you was in need. The added extras of a fire pit, hot dog wash and laundry facilities were an added bonus to the whole stay. We visited a local pub for a carvery on the Sunday and stockhill wood for a dog walk.
