Guests say

Guests consistently praise Meadow and Nest Burrow for its modern, cosy accommodations and exceptional cleanliness. The hot tub and outdoor space are particular highlights, offering relaxation and a view of the stars. The property is well-equipped, providing a home from home experience, and the host, Alex, is commended for being welcoming and attentive. While some guests mention the beds being high and the garden becoming muddy, these are minor points in otherwise glowing reviews.

Reviews frequently highlight the cleanliness of the property, describing it as 'spotlessly clean' and 'well maintained'. This suggests a high standard of cleanliness that guests appreciate.

The location is described as 'lovely and tranquil', with proximity to attractions like Longleat, Bath, and Cheddar Gorge. While it is noted as being out of the way, the peaceful setting is seen as a positive aspect.

Comfort receives high praise, especially for the beds, which are described as 'lovely and comfortable'. However, some guests found the mattresses too hard and the beds high, which slightly affects the score.

Facilities are generally rated highly, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a large hot tub. Some feedback about the need for additional seating and the garden's condition in wet weather slightly lowers the score.

Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as robes, dog treats, and a welcome pack. The host's attentiveness adds to the positive experience. While gifts are mentioned, it's important to note that such offerings are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

We had a nice and relaxing stay at Luckington Burrows. Alex called us before our visit to confirm our details, so he had everything in place for us.Once we arrived we were left to our own devices but Alex was on hand should we need anything, which we didn’t as everything was in place. The location was good. Out of the way but still in driving distance of some good places to go, like Bath, Clark’s Village and Stonehenge.

Superb place. Clean and well presented. Facilities was fantastic with all that you could need. The owners attention to detail was perfect. The hottub was perfect for evening relaxing with a glass of fizz watching the moon come out.
