The majority of guests found the beds and furnishings very comfortable, with several calling the beds the comfiest they've experienced away from home. A few mentioned the mattresses were a bit firm or high, but this was a minor point among otherwise positive feedback.

Images are representative and may not be the specific accommodation assigned on booking.. Tucked amongst rolling Somerset fields, Luckington Burrows are the perfect holiday hideouts, surrounded by stunning walkways, cycle paths, and unspoilt countryside as far as the eye can see.
Each turf-covered, storybook-style roundhouse is a home away from home, just a stone’s throw from the beautiful villages of Kilmersdon – known for Jack and Jill’s famous hill – and Mells, not to mention the historic market town of Frome. Nestled in the Mendip Hills, Cheddar Gorge and caves are just a short drive away, as is Longleat Safari Park, and the unesco World Heritage city of Bath – a must-see for fans of Jane Austen and Bridgerton alike! Myth-steeped Glastonbury is easily accessible by car, or why not explore the winding waterways of Bradford-on-Avon, the world-famous gardens at Stourhead, or visit the Cathedral and moated palace in England’s smallest city, Wells.
Such an idyllic location near the Somerset–Wiltshire border allows guests to enjoy the very best of both counties. I don’t usually write reviews but this place utterly deserves it! First impressions, looked amazing upon booking… it did not disappoint upon arrival or over our stay! I was looking at dates to book again, in which I did book again in less than 24 hours of being there. I went away for a break, not a holiday & I got exactly that, however I know there is plenty do, see & places to go nearby as I live only 30mins away from here, I just needed change of scenery. Accommodation… perfect, also my idea of pet friendly, not some other holiday places of so, scenic & the friendliness & helpfullness of staff (Alex) top tier… like I said, I don’t write reviews but this low key getaway is a treasure I intend to return to at least once yearly and deserves nothing but an absolute top rating!
