The location is highly praised for its views, proximity to Glastonbury Tor, and local attractions. Guests enjoyed the rural setting and the convenience of nearby walks and a local pub.
The property is described as spacious and cosy, with plenty of beds and bathrooms for a group. However, a suggestion for safety latches on upstairs windows indicates a minor concern for family safety.
Facilities like the hot tub, pool table, and tennis court are appreciated. However, a reported issue with water pressure in an en suite and a request for mirrors near plugs for convenience indicate room for improvement.
While the hosts are described as lovely and helpful, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for this category.

The Farmhouse is spacious and has some good facilities like a hot tub with lovely views and a good quality pool table. Decor a bit bland but that is my personal opinion!

We had a fantastic time at the farmhouse! I would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends. We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 8 people. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to cater for us all, but not there are 3 doubles and then a room with single beds and bunk beds. The hot tub and outside space is fantastic - the view of the Tor is definitely worth the money. We walked straight from the house to the Tor across fields and also walked into West Pennard itself to go to the local pub for dinner. Great location!Trish and John were at hand to answer any questions we had. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely be staying here again in the future.
