Guests say

The Old Stable in Glastonbury is highly praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and peaceful location. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, cosy furnishings, and the thoughtful touches like treats for dogs. The cottage's proximity to local attractions and its quiet setting make it an ideal retreat for both relaxation and exploration.

Guests consistently mention the cottage's cleanliness, describing it as 'spotless' and 'beautifully clean'. The high level of cleanliness contributes significantly to the comfort and appeal of the property.

The location is frequently highlighted as peaceful and ideal for visiting Somerset attractions. Its proximity to Glastonbury, Wells, and other towns, as well as local pubs, is appreciated by guests.

Comfort is a strong point for this property, with guests finding the beds comfy and the cottage cosy, especially during colder weather. The quiet environment also adds to the overall comfort.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-organised kitchen and private parking. However, some guests mention minor issues such as weak internet and the need for sharper knives, which slightly affects the score.

While guests are delighted with the thoughtful touches like dog treats and biscuits, there is no guarantee that such gifts will always be provided. As such, the score is set to null to reflect the variability of these offerings.

Lovely place close to Gloucester and Wells. Clean and peaceful. A few things could be improved like providing a shower gel or sharpening the knifes. However these were minor and didnt affect our stay.
