Main bedroom was good, decent storage and nice size ensuite (note it's a toilet and basin only). There are some metal pieces that jut out from the bed which bruised both mine and my husbands legs. Once you did it once, you didn't do it again. Shower was good, bathroom was fine - a little dated. Other bedrooms were smaller than we expected, we were a group of 4 adults and it was a tad tight. For a family of two adults and four smaller kids it should be fine. The bin is awful and needs replacing. Some more glasses would be really useful. The oven is gas and took a lot of getting used to. Fridge is fantastic. No remote for the fire place. Would recommend a bigger doormat for the main door due to accessing the hottub via that door. Overall it was nice but I wouldn't call it a luxury lodge compared to others I've stayed in.
