Welcome to Andersfield Annexe, fully refurbished in 2022 to create a charming and relaxing holiday home for your next break away. Step in through your front door and into the well equipped kitchen, you will have everything you need to create a fabulous meal no matter the time of day. The spacious living/dining room has a large Smart TV, fireplace with beautiful living-flame fire, comfortable seating, dining table and French doors that lead to the shared garden. From the internal hallway, you have the master double bedroom, stylish bathroom with shower over the bath, and a single bedroom that has a door to the private enclosed decking area, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cuppa or an evening drink while relaxing. The house also features a state of the art electric heating system with individual controls for each room. The extremely large, enclosed lawned garden is shared with the owner and is a great space for young ones to let off some steam.
Set just 5 miles from Bridgwater, Goathurst is a traditional village on the edge of the Quantock Hills and has a wonderful pub within walking distance of Andersfield Annexe. Jump in the car to explore further afield with large towns such as Taunton, Somerset’s County Town, just 7 miles away and full of shops, bars and restaurants to entertain you. For a leisurely day out, hop aboard the West Somerset Steam Railway from Bishops Lydeard and explore the countryside and North Somerset Coastline, stopping at Dunster, with its ancient medieval castle, Blue Anchor, Watchet and Minehead. Explore the Quantock Hills with its delightful villages tucked away and fabulous country pubs for a hearty lunch or dinner.
