Welcome to Marram Dune Beach House, a truly exceptional holiday home on the Brean shoreline, with sea views and private access to the beach, this is coastal living at its finest, you will not want to leave! Set on the ground floor, Marram Dune has gorgeous modern features and a wonderful flow that ensures a fabulous time. Stepping through the front door you are greeted by the spacious hallway with stunning ceiling lanterns that flood the space with natural light, head through to the open plan living space, with comfy seating, Smart TV and bi-fold doors that bring the outside in and draw your eye down the garden to the sea beyond. From the dining area head into the large kitchen which comes extremely well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Marram Dune has four bedrooms, the master bedroom has bi-fold doors which open on to the decking area with sea views. The huge, fully enclosed rear garden has a large decked area by the house with garden furniture where you can sit back and enjoy the views across the Bristol channel. There is a large lawned area that leads down to a gate that gives you access straight onto the beach. Here you can walk the 5-mile stretch with the dog down to Burnham-on-Sea or just listen to the waves lapping the shore. Back in the garden you will find a summerhouse, the ideal spot to relax with a glass of bubbly and stargaze while planning your next days adventures!
There is so much to do and see on the doorstep, with Breans many bars and restaurants within easy reach as well as the theme park and waterpark just a short walk away! The Animal Farm adventure park is nearby with lots to see and do, including the picturesque National Trust managed coastline at Brean Down offering peace, tranquillity and miles of trails away from the busy seaside resorts of Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea. The local area offers a fun packed holiday for families, as well as the beaches of Burnham, Berrow and Brean offering a seaside sanctuary for those wishing to get away from it all. Take a walk to the headland at Brean Down. Here you can experience the 360 degree views over the sea on one side, and across the Somerset Levels on the other, also on a clear day, you can see both Glastonbury Tor and the Mendip Hills. Wells, famous for its beautiful cathedral, boutique shops and restaurants, is within easy reach. Popular attractions nearby are Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. Beach 10 yards.

Lovely weekend away in this accommodation, plenty of room for our 6 adults and the dog. Lovely big garden, big enough to play ball with the dog. Private little path to the beach for walks. Also had a little private seating area near the beach. Beds lovely and comfortable., showers good, but no shelves in the shower cubicle to put you toiletries on. There was a lovely welcoming basket and milk etc in fridge. The place is overall great, maybe looking a little tired in places and one of the ovens I couldn’t get to work when I was doing a fry up, but there was an air fryer, so we used that instead.Lots of pubs around to eat. I can’t suggest any as we didn’t try them. If you decided to try the Brean down walk to the fort, be prepared for a steep climb and a lot of steps. The one weekend in this summer that actually rained, a lot, but it was fine as this place was great. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful location with the garden leading onto the enormous very quiet beach. The bungalow was perfect for our extended family plus dog.

We loved our stay at this beautiful bungalow, the photos don't do it justice! It truly felt like a home away from home, with everything you need and more. Waking up so close to the beach and the lovely sea views made our stay even more special. The beach is literally at the bottom of the garden and the main bedroom is stunning! We made some wonderful memories here as a family and didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend.
