Lovely looking lodge with good facilities however, we were disappointed to arrive and find a cold hot tub. The mattresses were too hard for our liking and dressing gowns provided were for children, not adults -even though the booking was for four adults. The kitchen was well equipped but lacking saucepan lids and the dish washer smelt like sewage when it was used.

Our lodge looked a little tired in parts . A kitchen cupboard had a big rip in the Formica and several of the cupboards were peeling. There was also a very long dark hair in the bath ( we are both blonde!) .The second bedroom was small - and I would not have wanted to have had 4 people in the chalet , you would not have been able to sit at the dining table together without pulling the table right across the doorway

Lodge had had been well used little tired in parts but that's the tiniest of gripes everything else was perfect wasn't a 10 but would give a 9.9 if I could.But no complaints as it was a dog friendly lodge. If you are a dog owner you are usually treated as a 2nd class citizen Thank you for breaking the mould
