Step back in history when visiting Forde Abbey and Gardens and take your friends or family, including your furry friends, on a leisurely stroll around the gardens, or book in for one of the many activities the site holds during the year.
Further afield, yet only 30 minutes away adventure across Lyme Regis’ Monmouth Beach, famously known for its fossil hunting adventures that take place with a number of fossils and Ammonites being found, along with its amazing ammonite pavement it definitely makes for a memorable day. Shop 1½ miles, pub 2¼ miles.
