Explore Weymouth with its sandy beaches and Portland which held the 2012 Olympic sailing. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are iconic. Abbotsbury is famous for its swannery, sub-tropical gardens and children’s farm. Visit Forde Abbey and Gardens, Mapperton Gardens, Lytes Cary Manor, Barrington Court, Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm Museum, Haynes Motor Museum, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World, Longleat House and Safari Park, Cheddar Caves and Wookey Hole. Very clean property, well stocked kitchen. Wall cupboards are high, particularly if you're short like me. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The duvet was too heavy, could have done with a lower tog one.A few cracks in some walls that could do with attention, but do not affect use. Mrs Tuck was extremely helpful. I was informed of a problem with the walk in shower, and was offered the opportunity to cancel, which I declined. The shower was fixed before we arrived. The shortbread from Cedrics are amazing.

The house was lovely and immaculately clean. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. Unfortunately it was too wet during our short stay to sit out in the garden to enjoy the view. The host was very responsive and checked to see if we needed any help with anything.

Lovely base for my family. The kids loved the piano. Easy distance to the beach and other attractions. The kids loved the cows in the field behind. Everything you could need. Only warning the power shower in the en-suite starts initially very very hot!
